No, that's not how it works. If you post an apple emoji I just kinda see an apple emoji. It's like visualizing an apple. I'll have the image in my head but none of the other senses play into it.

It's not literal hearing. It's kinda like the apple. Only instead of visualizing the apple, I'm visualizing shouting because that's the association made with all caps. There's a barrier there when I'm reading it off an actual phone and that barrier is gone when it's input directly into my head.
